Woman parks car illegally and causes a jam - for a bubble tea

A STOMPer witnessed this woman with a cup of bubble tea walking calmly towards her car that caused a major jam outside Tampines 1 today at 6pm. According to the STOMPer, the vehicles waited there for 15 minutes.
